Delegate Price Announces New Endorsements
A diverse list of national and local organizations
support Price's reelection campaign
NEWPORT NEWS, VA - Today, Delegate Marcia "Cia" Price, who represents the 95th District in the Virginia House of Delegates and serves as the Vice Chair of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus, announced a list of twenty organizations that have endorsed her reelection campaign. She is running to represent the 85th District in Newport News.
"I am honored to have earned the support of organizations that are all dedicated to improving the lives of everyday, hard working people," Del. Price said. “These endorsers represent many of the issue areas I have been proud to lead on in the General Assembly, from preventing gun violence and supporting workers to safeguarding reproductive healthcare to building an economy that works for all and protecting our civil rights. During a time when extremists threaten to turn back the clock, I am proud to stand with these organizations to protect our progress and fight for a more just Commonwealth for all.”

Delegate Marcia "Cia" Price represents the 95th District in the Virginia House of Delegates and is the Democratic Nominee for the 85th House District. She has served her community in the General Assembly since 2016, and is currently running for her fifth term. A tenth generation resident of the area and sponsor of the historic Voting Rights Act of Virginia, Del. Price also serves as the Vice Chair of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus. Early voting is happening now until November 4, 2023 and Election Day is November 7, 2023.
